Allay Allies Add-On
Allay Allies adds 8 new Allays, each with unique skills and abilities, to help you on your adventures!
Allays, your new companions
To get started, simply explore your world and keep an eye out for the unique altars where each type of Allay can be found or summoned with a ritual. Each ritual requires a specific sacrifice item. After befriending an Allay, you can power it up with its power item to unlock its active ability, and heal it with its heal item.

Each Allay comes with unique abilities designed to make your adventures easier, safer, and more exciting. Locate nearby ores, boost crop growth, discover hidden treasures, stun dangerous mobs, or launch yourself high into the sky.
Keep your allies close to benefit from their powerful passive abilities, then power them up to unleash their unique active abilities. Whether you are exploring the Nether, diving into the ocean, farming, or venturing into the Deep Dark, there is an Allay with the perfect ability for the job.

Altars to summon your helpers
Altars are powerful structures used to summon new Allay allies into your world! Each Allay variant has its own matching Altar. To activate one, you must build a 3x3 base of the correct material directly beneath it. Once the base is built, equip the matching sacrifice item and interact with the Altar to place the offering upon it. The Altar will then lie in wait… As the night gets darker, the Altar will start to power up, and when the clock strikes midnight, the ritual will activate! If it succeeds, a brand new Allay of that variant will appear at the Altar, ready to be befriended. Beware: the ritual is not guaranteed to succeed. If it fails, an angry Vex will be summoned in the Allay's place — and your sacrifice item will be consumed all the same. Choose your moment wisely, and may fortune favour your offerings!
